of waiting for the tools.

Calcudesk is a service of Synergy Accounting Pte Ltd — a Singapore CA practice that has handled the books, GST, and CPF filings for hundreds of SMEs. Calcudesk launched in 2026 because the off-the-shelf tools were either too expensive, too generic, or required an in-house engineering team most SMEs simply don't have.

We don't sell software subscriptions. We solve problems. Every SME is different — your invoice chasing looks different from the next person's. Your Calcudesk automation should too.

§ 07 — FAQ

The questions SMEs actually ask.

Do I need to change my accounting software?
No. We meet your stack where it lives — Xero, QuickBooks, Financio. We connect via the official APIs and we don't ask you to migrate, re-import, or learn a new system. If you're between accounting tools and want our opinion, we'll give it — but never as a condition of working with us.
How long does it take to build?
Most SMEs go from discovery call to a live, running automation in about four weeks. Week 1 is design and quote. Weeks 2–3 are build and integration. Week 4 is testing, training, and a careful launch with your team.
What if I want changes after launch?
Your monthly retainer covers one improvement iteration per month — small tweaks, copy edits, new logic. Bigger structural changes (a new workflow, a new integration) get a fresh fixed quote so you always know what you're committing to.
Is my data secure?
We design each workflow around least-privilege access: the automation receives only the fields and permissions needed for its task. We document where data is processed, keep payment approvals human, and review vendor and retention settings with you. Your business remains responsible for its legal and regulatory obligations.
Can I cancel anytime?
Cancel Anytime. We'd rather you walk away than feel locked in. If the automation isn't earning its keep, we want to know before it does damage to the relationship.
