# Calcudesk pricing

Calcudesk provides custom finance and administrative automation for Singapore SMEs. It does not sell a fixed self-service software plan. Each engagement receives a written scope and fixed quote before work begins.

## Free workflow assessment

- Price: S$0
- Format: 30-minute working session
- Deliverable: A one-page map of three automation opportunities ranked by impact and implementation effort
- Delivery: Within 24 hours
- Commitment: No purchase required

## Custom automation engagement

- Price: Quoted in Singapore dollars after workflow assessment
- Quote basis: Workflow complexity, integrations, approval rules, data readiness, testing, hosting, and support requirements
- Included: Workflow design, implementation, integration, testing, launch support, staff training, and the support items listed in the written quote
- Ownership: The customer owns its business data and receives the ownership terms stated in the agreement

Calcudesk does not publish a universal price range because two workflows using the same accounting platform can require materially different integrations, exception handling, access controls, and support.

## Third-party costs

Where required, third-party services are identified separately in the quote. These may include:

- Existing accounting or CRM subscriptions
- WhatsApp Business API service
- AI model API usage
- Hosting or integration-platform fees
- Other software selected for the approved workflow

Calcudesk states whether each external cost is included, passed through, or paid directly by the customer.

## Before committing

The written quote identifies:

1. The workflow and systems in scope
2. The actions that remain subject to human approval
3. Implementation deliverables and exclusions
4. One-time and recurring fees
5. Third-party costs
6. Support and improvement terms
