# Calcudesk

> Calcudesk designs, builds, and operates custom finance and administrative automations for Singapore small and medium-sized enterprises. It is a service of Synergy Accounting Pte Ltd, a Singapore CA practice.

Calcudesk works with the systems an SME already uses, including accounting platforms, WhatsApp, payment tools, and internal documents. Typical workflows include invoice chasing, management reporting, document processing, customer-enquiry handling, HR administration, and custom operational automations.

Calcudesk is a managed service rather than a self-service software product. Each engagement is scoped around one business workflow. The design identifies what can be automated, what requires human review, which systems need access, and how success will be measured.
